Todaiji Temple Shosoin: Incense Burner

香爐又作火爐、薰爐，為焚香之器皿，亦為佛前供具。此爐石質，作圓柱形，通高22.6公分。寬口沿外展，微鼓，口徑39.3公分。淺腹，平底，以轆轤旋製而成。
爐身表面飾凸弦紋，並附五只銅鑄獅形足。獅仰首挺立，前肢上舉托住爐身，尾巴呈卷曲狀，四足渾勁有力。獅間設雙提環，便於提拿。石質溫潤，通體光素，造型簡潔。
