斯里蘭卡東部省特亭可馬利及拜蒂克洛之間發現
斯里蘭卡東部省特亭可馬利（Trincomalee）及拜蒂克洛（Batticaloa）之間發現。此像幾乎與真人等高，右手前伸作與願印，左手作拈花姿勢。右髖部優雅地向外傾側，呈現「S」形立姿，左膝略微向前彎曲，姿態頗具韻律動感。
菩薩面呈橢圓形，細眉斂目，露出靜謐的微笑。頭戴高聳呈圓筒狀的髮髻冠，冠上有一圓孔，推測原應置有化佛或鑲嵌寶石，邊緣呈火焰形，上留有原嵌珠寶的小孔，類似的裝飾曾出現在阿努拉德普勒時期（Anuradhapura，4世紀BCE～10世紀）的青銅造像中。袒上身，豐胸圓臀，纖腰繫帶。長裙貼體，衣褶如波紋，隨著腿部的線條優美地展現。
