史惟則
江蘇蘇州 書法家
原名史浩，字惟則，以字行。生卒年不詳。唐代（618～907）書法家。吳郡（江蘇蘇州）人。玄宗（712～756在位）時期，歷任伊闕尉、集賢院待制兼校理、殿中侍御史，人稱「史御史」。
擅書，以隸書著名，起筆開闊，字體俊美；亦工碑額篆題，擅篆籀，筆勢合度。《續書評》喻其書法「雁足印沙，深淵魚躍」。書法作品《大智禪師碑》，作於開元二十四年（736），為隸書並篆額，可謂開元年間（713～741）隸書之第一人，此碑現藏陝西西安碑林博物館。
書跡另有《大照禪師碑》、《涼國夫人碑》、《劉飛造像記》、《舞陽侯祠堂碑》、《李楷洛碑》等。
