內蒙古自治區察哈爾地區發現
一九三○年代於內蒙古自治區錫林郭勒盟多倫縣多倫諾爾附近寺院遺址發現。此類金銅像多供奉於西藏或蒙古地區寺院前廳的佛壇上，此外，該處還發現宗喀巴（tsong kha pa）像、金剛手菩薩像、文殊菩薩像等，風格一致，故應皆屬內蒙地區的佛教造像。
此像為十八世紀作品，一面四臂，結跏趺坐。正二手置於胸前，掌心相對貼近，原握持與願珠，現已佚失，另二手持念珠和蓮花。造像以黃銅敲錘而成，經過鎏金彩繪處理，並鑲綴寶石。造型鮮活，身軀比例完美，面容溫柔而寬廣，整體帶有濃厚的西藏風格。
