申揚德等造普門品造像碑

此碑四面以楷書銘刻《妙法蓮華經》卷七〈觀世音菩薩普門品〉經文。經幢四面碑身頂部皆鐫刻小坐佛。碑正面上方為一佛二脇侍二弟子與二力士像，主佛施無畏印、與願印，結跏趺坐於蓮座上；左側面刻彌勒佛倚坐像，旁有二脇侍菩薩；右側面則為阿彌陀佛與二脇侍，佛結跏趺坐，結禪定印。碑身底部開五格，中央為博山形香爐，兩旁依次為供果與相對蹲踞的護法獅。碑像四面底排皆刻有眾多供養人名，雖已漫漶不清，仍可略微辨識由佛弟子申揚德、翟氏等為皇帝、歷代父母眷屬及法界眾生等祝禱祈福所發心鐫造。
