安岳華嚴洞第1窟彌勒菩薩像
四川安岳
位於右壁，為十二圓覺菩薩之一。帶圓形頭光，上飾五彩波浪紋。髮髻高綰，頭戴鏤空花鬘寶冠，冠中飾一結跏趺坐化佛。面龐豐腴，雙眼微闔，身著袈裟，胸前飾瓔珞，下繫長裙，腰間束帶，腕戴手釧。右腿自然下垂，蓮花承足，左腳平放於右膝之上；左手撫膝，右手置於腹前，手托祥雲，祥雲作鏤空圓雕處理。衣紋厚重，下垂座間。造像細膩生動，優雅大方。
彌勒像主要有佛和菩薩兩種形象，菩薩形彌勒根據《佛說觀彌勒菩薩上生兜率天經》創作，主要表現了彌勒菩薩在兜率天時的形象。此尊彌勒菩薩為女形，表現了北宋時期（960～1127）四川地區菩薩造像的世俗化傾向。
