佛跣足直立於束腰蓮花台上。頭作高肉髻，面頰寬闊，臉形方圓，弓形的雙眉連接鼻梁，嘴形深雕，神情安詳，眼角稍微上揚。頸刻三道紋，身軀輪廓鮮明，右手施無畏印，左手似作與願印。著袒右袈裟，右肩敷搭偏衫，衣紋流線鮮明，下裙襞褶於雙腿呈「U」形舒展，其衣褶明快的表現，為統一新羅時期（668～935）樣式的顯著實例。該像鎏金保存完好，台座華麗且具立體感，甚為珍貴。
