該碑像之舟形背光與蓮花台座皆由一塊黑褐色之蠟石雕造而成。碑上方頂部已佚，中央雕刻佛坐像，佛左右浮雕二菩薩立像，乃據當時的三尊樣式及左右對稱之手法表現，為一光三尊形式的石造像。一九八二年指定為韓國寶物第742號。
主尊體軀帶圓，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座上。頭部損毀，雖修補，但容貌無法辨識。身著通肩袈裟，右手上舉，左手平肘，掌心向下伸直，手指屈曲。
脇侍菩薩戴寶冠，佩項飾，隻手持圓盤，身著帔巾及下裳，足踏與主尊同形態之圓形蓮花台座，三尊均帶圓形蓮花紋頭光，背光刻有火焰紋及化佛，比主尊刻工更加精巧。
