位於北京市海淀區臥佛寺臥佛殿。臥佛寺原稱十方普覺寺，因寺內有身長530公分，高約80公分，北京最大的銅臥佛像，故又稱臥佛寺。佛呈吉祥臥姿，頭西足東，閉目，神情安詳寧靜。佛右手屈肱托頭，左手平放於腿上。著田相袈裟，精美絢麗，造型自然，充分展現元代（1271～1368）鑄造技術。
臥佛上方有清雍正皇帝（1722～1735在位）手書「得大自在」匾額。身後環立十二尊高約120公分的彩塑弟子像，表現佛涅槃前在娑羅樹下最後說法的情景。弟子皆戴寶冠，神情相似，動作略異。
