炳靈寺石窟第3窟菩薩像
甘肅永靖
位於南壁下部小龕中坐佛右側，保存狀況完好。菩薩髮髻高聳，臉部豐圓，細眉直鼻，目光下視，表情沉靜淳樸。頸部較短，胸腹略外凸，戴項圈，其上綴有珠飾，戴臂釧、腕釧，袒上身，下著長裙，長裙緊貼雙腿，並在膝蓋下部形成階梯狀「U」形衣紋。腰際束帶自兩腿間垂至腳踝。左手於腹前托鉢，右手於體側提巾，身體略呈「S」形，赤足立於覆蓮圓台上。
此菩薩像注重形體和肩、胸、腹、腿部的肌肉刻劃，重點突出了女性美。菩薩右手提帔巾，巾帶由身體左側繞兩膝前形成的適度彎曲，與菩薩右手造型完美結合，準確地表現了女性特有的優雅和柔美氣質。
