此綠度母戴五葉寶冠，冠繒飄揚，飾圓形耳璫。頭微向左上揚，神情自在愉悅。袒上身，佩戴瓔珞、臂釧，披帔帛，帛帶環繞手臂及身軀，於腹前交結。身段纖細，腰肢輕移，略呈屈式，姿態優美。右手置於右膝作與願印，左手當胸拈蓮枝。花莖繞雙臂，於肩處綻放出盛開的蓮花。下著裙，邊沿紋飾細膩，衣褶鮮明流暢，表現出輕柔的質感。左腿盤起，坐於仰覆蓮座上，舒右腿踏蓮花。該像鎏金彩繪，面貌具漢地少女的恬靜柔美，推測約為十七世紀中葉，漢地匠師仿西藏造像而製。
