輪迴圖藏語稱斯巴霍，即世界畫。十九世紀作品，繪一大圓輪，逐層擴展，由中心向外依序是九宮、八卦、十二生肖，其外圍是數圈藏文經咒。大輪上方係閻摩頭像，口銜輪緣，四肢緊緊扣住圓輪，下方可見其尾巴。此一咒輪具有防衛災難之功德。
此圖有別於一般常見的五趣、六道輪迴圖，而是以九宮、八卦和十二生肖為主題。藏曆紀年與夏曆的干支紀年相同，均以十二地支屬相紀年，並以十天干和五行相配。此輪迴圖所表徵的重點更趨向於現世生活的宗教需求。
