Dratang Monastery Central Hall Inner Shrine: Disciples

CHINA, Tibet, Lhoka

These images are located on the upper left corner of the lower right mural on the west wall of the inner shrine. The disciples have short hair and mustaches. They wear robes of various colors, and either hold a scripture, join their palms in reverence, or stand in contemplation, looking at the Buddha with devotion and respect. Their faces are shaded and they have red, green, and blue nimbuses.
