水月觀音菩薩像

觀音菩薩雙手輕置於膝上，端坐於凸出海面的岩石上，加上瀑布的背景，暗示此處是觀音菩薩聖地補陀洛迦山。因此圖具有擬古的風格，推測約繪製於日本室町時代（1392～1573）。
菩薩膚色白皙，寶冠上的阿彌陀佛著紅袈裟。藍色長髮披散雙肩，身著褐色衣袍，表面描繪金墨雲彩及蔓藤花紋，並佩戴紅色和金色的飾物。身後圓相如滿月，下裙懸裳垂覆岩面，近旁安放楊柳淨瓶，襯托出菩薩清秀閑雅的姿態。
人物用筆細勁，神態生動，岩座用重色，稍加皴染，筆墨渾厚秀潤。畫面以墨色與敷彩交替施用，為此圖特色。
