為十一世紀末至十二世紀初西藏中部作品。此類木板彩繪用於插在法會儀式之食物供品上，或其他圓盒上，構成曼荼羅。
此作在箭牌形木板上繪大日如來，上方有一金色法輪，由葉莖撐托而出，凸顯於周緣深色花草植物之背景中。大日如來戴華麗寶冠，有白毫，前額卷髮規整，細眉斂目，飾圓形耳璫，瓔珞嚴身，其末端垂飾葉瓣，極為特殊。手結印，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座上，蓮瓣飾紋，色彩明麗。蓮座下之須彌座飾二雪獅伏踞其中，相對而視，中心為象徵佛、法、僧的火焰寶珠。
主尊帶七彩頭光及背光，色彩間次分明。身後靠背上端，一對孔雀立於頭光兩側。
