觀音十一面八臂，寶冠嚴飾，最頂層為阿彌陀佛。神態安閑，斂目俯視，嘴角微抿。飾耳璫、臂釧及腳釧，瓔珞嚴身，帔帛繞臂飄揚，柔軟如雲，極富流暢感。正二手當胸似合一與願寶珠，其餘右手由上而下依次持念珠、法輪及作與願印；左手由上而下分持蓮花、弓箭與長壽寶瓶。下裳裙褶層次分明，飾吉祥圖案，跣足立於蓮台，蓮瓣飾紋，色彩深淺漸次鮮明。頭光和身光外形配合觀音多層首面及修長身相，對稱配色，典雅大方。
整體構圖以花草樹木為背景，突顯主尊沉著雅致的面容，為十七世紀揉合漢地與西藏繪畫特色的唐卡。
