Zarchinka Monastery: Damcho Pekar

當秋貝噶像

不丹

此唐卡藏於不丹巴羅(Paro)薩爾欽喀拉康(Zarchinka Lhakhang)。佛足印常見於早期佛教藝術中,在藏傳佛教中,上師即視為住世之佛,禮敬其手足印,等同禮敬佛。噶舉與格魯派的唐卡中,常繪有上師之手足印,依上師在世時其手足之實際大小,加以描繪。十二世紀時多繪足印,手印則至十六世紀才出現。
 此作主尊當秋貝噶上師(Je Damcho Pekar)為不丹第四任國師,頭戴紅色僧帽,內著僧坎、袈裟,外披僧氅,衣紋層層褶疊,紋飾繁複華麗,身後青色靠背。右手略屈舉結印,左手持經本,坐於卡墊上。其手、足印呈金色,上下排列,邊緣以深青顏色勾描,意在突顯顏色對比。
 主尊身旁二弟子皆側身面向中央,其右側弟子持長壽寶瓶,左側弟子手持念珠。主尊前的供桌置諸多供養物,有金剛鈴、金剛杵、杯皿、寶盒、淨瓶與渡鴉。案桌兩側各立一位修行者,分別持捧白色長巾與嘎巴拉碗。
 圖上方中央為釋迦牟尼佛,其右側為身穿皮衣、手持樂器,作勢鳴吹的大成就者和青色身相、著七彩羊腸褲裝的度母;左側為另一位大成就者及喇嘛。釋迦牟尼佛下方為夏仲阿旺南嘉(zhabs drung ngag dbang rnam rgyal,1616~1651在位),其右側的大成就者交腳蹲坐,帔帛飛揚,手持供物;左側密勒日巴(mi la ras pa),支手托腮,佩大耳璫,身著白色大衣,膚色較暗沉,瘦骨嶙峋,作瑜伽士裝扮。
 圖下方中央為當秋貝噶上師的弟子阿旺桑丹(Ngawang Samten),其右側是呈忿怒青色身相,背負猛火的吉祥天女,左側為護法神。
 唐卡以山巒為景,皚皚白雪覆蓋頂峰,另有鳥兒、鹿隻、花朵等點綴其中,饒富生氣。
