曼荼羅上有「大清乾隆壬辰年（1772）敬造」字體。確認為清乾隆三十七年皇室佛教器物。
圓底盤，上飾彩色火焰紋。中央為方形基座，座四面各設金色階梯，兩側面施藍釉，飾金剛杵及纏枝蓮紋。座上置宮殿，平頂建築，方形立柱，四面開敞，中間各設一門，門施掐絲填彩色琺瑯釉紋飾，門楣綴珠寶簾帳，門兩側有寶蓋罐。宮殿頂端周飾金色旗幡、寶傘及三層飾，上有雙層寶塔。第一層呈六角形，平座，勾欄，飛檐翹角，掛有銀吊鈴。第二層為四角形，兩層皆由束腰仰覆蓮座相托，頂為日月同輝。
曼荼羅銅質，以鑲嵌掐絲技法製成，顯現皇室供器繁縟華麗的藝術風格。
