尼泊爾
佛螺髮高肉髻，臉形圓滿，眉目細長，額間有白毫，長耳及肩，頭略向前傾，笑容含蓄。髮敷藍彩，應為尼泊爾工匠製於西藏之作品。
身著通肩袈裟，薄衣貼體，通體光滑無衣紋，僅在衣緣刻有褶紋，顯露出寬肩細腰的身形。右手於胸前持衣角，左手施與願印。身體略向右傾，跣足立於束腰仰覆蓮台上，姿態輕鬆自如。後有雙重頭光及葉紋身光，外為蓮瓣形舉身光，邊飾卷草紋。
此像線條流暢，承襲印度波羅王朝（Pala，約8～12世紀）的造像風格，臉部表情及卷草紋則深具尼泊爾的工藝特色，為該國象牙雕刻工藝罕見的佳作，彌足珍貴。
