位於蘇旺那潤寺（Wat Suwannaram）戒堂東壁。描繪悉達多太子於藍毗尼園誕生後，與摩耶夫人和隨從返宮的情景。
畫面可見隊伍浩浩蕩蕩向左而行，顯示皇族的尊貴。圖中央兩頭巨象馱轎，右側轎內二宮女並坐，一女手抱太子，一女掩口微笑，另有一宮女騎於象首，轉身扶轎；左側轎中摩耶夫人轉臉注視愛子，身旁宮女一手掩口，一手指向太子，狀甚愉悅。五名女性的肢體表現，營造出慈愍歡欣的氛圍，成功地把視覺焦點投注於形象活潑好動的太子。
圖中褐色的象群占據大半畫面，黑地金花之轎衣適度地點綴以單色為主的畫面。背景山林施以深藍，與主題色彩形成鮮明對比，唯部分背景顏色已漫漶。
