該像臉形橢圓，弧形雙眉，眼瞼半開，略作冥思狀，眉棱連接鼻梁，鼻、口小巧，大耳，耳垂稍外撇。頭上圓形肉髻，螺髮作渦卷形，表現工整，屬犍陀羅較晚期佛像之特色。唇上蓄髭，眉間有一凹孔，較大，推測原先在此嵌鑲寶石作白毫相，表現佛陀的三十二相。
