無量壽佛坐像

無量壽佛是阿彌陀佛的另一種身形，在藏傳佛教中極受尊崇。
此幅唐卡主尊為持長壽寶瓶的無量壽佛，周圍是一百四十四尊較小而身形相同的佛像，專門供奉在佛教殿堂內修長壽法時所用。
畫中圍繞主尊四周重複出現的小尊畫像，象徵增強中央主尊的力量。每尊無量壽佛小畫像如同主尊一樣細膩精緻。
此類朱地描金唐卡稱為紅唐，是唐卡中極為細膩的金線描畫。與此圖相類的繪畫風格始於十七世紀，象徵對於主尊的敬重。
