此為金唐，即以金色為背景繪製的唐卡。《佛說金剛手菩薩降伏一切部多大教王經》中，諸如來讚歎金剛手為三界主，於如來法末之時，護持正法、擁護眾生。其手持金剛杵，能摧毀一切惡魔的干擾。
構圖以紅色線描金剛手為中心，四周有九列計六十八尊同樣造型的小像。此像逆髮高聳，戴五葉寶冠，一面三目，大眼圓睜，齜牙咧嘴。身披帛帶，以虎皮為裙。右手上舉持象徵慈悲的金剛杵，左手當胸結印，右腿弓屈，左展而立。帶火焰紋大背光。
