此唐卡繪於西藏，為歷世班禪額爾德尼所供奉。清乾隆四十五年（1780），帝七十大壽時，由六世班禪進京朝見時敬獻給清帝。《清史稿》載，「丁酉，班禪額爾德尼自後藏入覲，上禦清曠殿，賜坐，賜茶。」又載，在宮中萬樹園，皇帝宴請賜班禪額爾德尼及王公大臣，蒙古王及貝勒等，並賜冠服、金幣等。
摩利支天三面六臂，此三面分別是中央慈悲的菩薩面容、代表伏惡特質的右面忿怒相以及保留原始身分的左面豬臉。右三手分持金剛杵、針和箭，左三手分持弓、索和無憂花。弓右足，展左足，立於蓮台上。畫面上方兩側各一坐佛，下方中間為一護法，周圍以祥雲、花卉、山水風景和供物襯托。
