代表伏惡力量的主尊金剛手，藍色身形，頭戴五佛冠，一面三目，現忿怒相。身披瓔珞及長蛇，佩戴手鐲、臂釧及腳釧。右手握持象徵慈悲的金剛杵，左手握持象徵智慧的金剛鈴，呈左展立姿，雙腳踏生靈，其下為蓮座。
主尊左側有金剛手雙身像，上方為一列大鵬金翅鳥，左右兩直排是各種身形的金剛手及僧人像。整體畫面呈暖紅色調，體現尼泊爾繪畫風格。
