十八至十九世紀作品。佛法相莊嚴，清秀俊逸。螺髮齊整，高肉髻，頂飾寶珠。帶鏤空頭光，外緣為熾盛的火焰紋，內飾六角星形，中心雕一右旋法螺。身著袒右袈裟，右覆偏衫，袈裟上淺刻田相紋，衣緣飾花朵紋樣。左手於腹前結印，右手作觸地印，結跏趺坐於葉瓣碩大的束腰仰覆蓮座上。蓮座下緣刻有蓮花和菱形花飾。此像神態栩栩如生，色澤溫潤，雕工極為精細。
