此藥師佛面相方圓飽滿，跣足立於八角基座承托的束腰仰覆蓮台上。佛神情沉穩，右手上舉施無畏印，左手持藥鉢。寬大的身體構造藉流暢和諧的衣紋清楚描出，風格極具八世紀下半葉東亞地區的造像特徵，就比例和鑄造技巧而言，應與韓國慶州石窟庵佛坐像屬同時期作品，為造像傑作之一。
