位於西藏自治區拉薩市大昭寺（lha ldan gtsug lag khang），造於十五世紀。
該像頭戴五葉寶冠，每一冠葉皆開一龕，內供一坐佛。額廣頤豐，鼻直唇小，眼瞼微垂，俯視。呈倚坐姿，雙手均持蓮花長莖，左蓮托淨瓶，右蓮托法輪。通體鎏金，寶冠和胸飾鑲嵌各種寶石；身後背光銅製鎏金，浮雕大鵬金翅鳥、龍等紋樣，富麗堂皇。
