菩薩綰高髻，髮辮垂肩，臉橢圓，眉彎鼻直，櫻桃小嘴，大耳。頸佩項圈，胸飾瓔珞，其瓔珞使用剔地雕手法，精美規整，衣紋細膩流暢，跣足結跏趺坐。右手捻指宛若宣說妙法，左手仰置右足上。此像妙筆生花之處，乃衣袖隨風飄起之動態美，形成靜中有動的姿態。整體造像雕工精緻，比例適中，為遼代（907～1125）至金代（1115～1234）時期木雕之佳作。
