菩薩綰高髻，面相豐腴，甚具唐風，眉間白毫圓凸，雙目低垂內斂，鼻如懸膽順額直下，唇若熟櫻潤澤含輝。袒胸，飾瓔珞，帛帶斜掛，腹豐，下著雙層裙，以帛帶繫於胯間。左手拇指與食指相捻，彎舉齊肩，右手拇指與中指相捻屈置腹前，跣足而立。
