傳原位於新疆維吾爾自治區吐魯番市雅爾湖石窟。此像呈現典型的西域人特徵，髮式後展，披肩而下，冠已失。頭部方圓豐滿，眼球略前凸，目光和悅，鼻秀聳，嘴若櫻桃而含笑，雙耳圓大，下頦豐腴，頸項圓碩，飾項圈，雙臂佚。菩薩頭略左傾，姿態溫婉又不失端莊。
該像細部以淺線陰刻而成，表面上可看出曾經過火燒損傷的痕跡。
