新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市圖木舒克佛寺遺址出土。此木雕頭像面部泥金，刻劃手法精確傳神。佛肉髻圓渾，螺髮扁平，面相橢圓寬額。白毫於額中，眉彎細若柳葉，眼略下視，目光溫婉，鼻秀挺，小嘴微微上翹。耳珠外垂，耳孔明顯，左耳已毀損。整體氣質秀雅俊逸，造型簡潔細膩，有犍陀羅造像風格。
