菩薩頭綰高髮髻，面龐豐腴，雙眉細長如彎月，雙眼微睜，鼻梁高挺，神情怡然。寶繒垂肩繫結，衣褶簡潔，線條流暢。頸戴項鍊，臂飾釧，長巾自雙肩下垂至膝。右手上舉作拈花狀，左手於腹前持淨瓶。結跏趺坐於束腰雙層仰蓮座上，上下蓮瓣相錯，瓣尖略向外卷。
該像通體鎏金，生動自然，技法精湛，為遼代（907～1125）典型金銅造像。
