新疆維吾爾自治區巴音郭楞蒙古自治州焉耆回族自治縣七個星佛教遺址出土，由斯坦因攜至英國，破損輕微，相對保存完好。
菩薩面圓，頭右向高瞻，髮佩環狀頭飾，上梳高髻，彎眉為壓刻而成，鼻、嘴皆小巧，袒上身，飾有花狀的聯珠瓔珞。此像面部內為草蕊，再敷以泥土，外覆模具壓製而成。
