新疆維吾爾自治區巴音郭楞蒙古自治州焉耆回族自治縣七個星佛教遺址出土，由斯坦因攜至英國。此像為少女形象，袒上身，手臂及下半身已損毀。髮型趣異，瀏海對稱垂卷如花飾，兩綹卷髮垂於耳後。面相橢圓腴順，五官秀巧，雙目略鼓，佩花形耳墜，戴項圈。肩寬細腰，花形聯珠紋的瓔珞交於胸前。原先施有色彩，但已褪失。
