新疆維吾爾自治區巴音郭楞蒙古自治州焉耆回族自治縣七個星佛教遺址出土，由斯坦因攜至英國。與同處出土的造像一樣，臉部造型為模製，只於髮型、頭飾作變化。髮髻隨意自然地盤於頭頂，額頭寬順，細眉彎長，目光慈柔，鼻直而秀巧，櫻唇淺笑，兩頤婉順，下頦豐美。
