新疆維吾爾自治區和田地區策勒縣達瑪溝鄉出土，由斯坦因攜至英國。
菩薩綰低髻，額前頭髮左右對稱如卷雲狀分列，前額豐挺，眉目細長，山根沿額直瀉，鼻頭損，嘴輕合，唇圓潤，雙頤舒順，下巴圓巧。
髮際、眉、眼、瞳仁、鼻翼及唇皆以彩線勾勒，更突出了菩薩柔美華麗之美感。
