羅漢像頭形橢圓，額頭寬廣，眉目細長，眼角上揚，鼻梁高挺，嘴小唇厚，大耳貼面，頸部刻三道紋。外著交領鉤鈕式袈裟，環扣掛有流蘇，內著僧祇支，衣褶簡潔，雙手結禪定印，神情專注沉靜。該造像採乾漆夾紵技法。有發願文「元符二年（1099）己卯歲次九月五日畢施主強升童行高文應文卯造像人劉運」。
