佛高肉髻，為波狀髮紋。眉目細長，嘴角含笑，大耳垂肩。外披通肩袈裟，衣褶繁複，雙手結禪定印，結跏趺坐於束腰須彌座上。蓮瓣形背光內為頭光與身光，頭光呈多層同心圓，內刻蓮瓣紋；背光內層飾火焰紋，線條均勻流暢，最外層浮雕對稱的飛天及供養人。
高腳四足方台四面線刻發願文「大魏景明二年（501）歲在辛巳六月癸亥朔庚寅日□縣人□／普貴為亡兄慧藥造佛區一居家大小龍花（華）三會／道人慧□藥□□貴侍佛」。
