比丘靜頤等造一佛二菩薩像

主尊肉髻高圓，面相清瘦，帶圓形頭光，內為重瓣蓮花紋。右手施無畏印，左手作與願印。著褒衣博帶袈裟，裙褶排列齊整。左右脇侍菩薩身形略小，蓮瓣形身光樸素無飾。右脇侍左手提握淨瓶，右手持蓮；左脇侍雙手合十，面部毀損。
蓮瓣形背光以淺浮雕刻飾，最上層佛塔內有釋迦、多寶二佛並坐像，兩側雕伎樂飛天四對，帔帛飄舉，各自演奏笙、橫笛、腰鼓、琴等樂器。佛與左脇侍菩薩之間雕半跏思惟菩薩一軀，間隙滿布天花、樹石等圖樣。整個背光雕飾曲線生動，富有韻律感，華美曼妙，乃整鋪造像的精彩之處。
底座中央浮雕博山形香爐，旁有二身側立比丘及二胡跪供養人。造像旁題記「大魏興和四年（542）歲次壬戊十一月五日大吳村比丘靜頤比丘□朗比丘……」。
