新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市圖木舒克佛寺遺址出土。菩薩中分式卷髮分縷披於兩側，雙耳長闊，戴花環式耳墜。臉形卵圓，額際寬廣飽滿，頰和顎部肌肉較豐滿，鼻梁高隆與前庭相連。面相平緩，眼窩微陷，眼細長，雙目平視，眼睛細部用陰線刻出，無太大起伏。口較小，唇邊肌肉有微妙變化，上唇薄微抿內收似笑，面容端莊秀麗，整體表情含蓄，可見受犍陀羅和西方古典藝術的影響，同時又呈現出中國西域造像風格。
