新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市托庫孜薩來佛寺遺址出土。菩薩頭髮中分呈波紋狀對稱展開，髮際線清晰，髮髻高聳，頭頂寶冠，兩側飾有聯珠紋，華美富麗。面部為脫模壓製，再經細部處理。額際寬廣，雙目微睜下視，鼻梁高隆與前庭相連，側視成一直線。口較小，上唇薄微抿內收，略露笑意，面容端莊秀麗。
