新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市托庫孜薩來佛寺遺址B殿出土。此類造像在該地區出土較多，屬此處遺址菩薩造像中典型的樣式。
菩薩面部豐腴，五官集中，眉目纖巧，略露笑意。髮式蓬鬆呈中分式逐漸向兩側散開，頭頂高花冠，造型華美，髮巾束結，珠飾環繞。刻劃自然大方，造型手法舒展流暢。
