新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市托庫孜薩來佛寺遺址I殿出土。此尊菩薩像面相為模製，臉形豐腴，五官向內集中，眉線纖細，雙目頎長，高鼻，嘴形纖巧露笑意。頭頂部有孔，推測原髮髻應更高且華麗。頭髮原以藍色顏料描繪，髮根現存少量的白色顏料。本像因受到寺院火災影響，原有彩色已失。
整體刻劃精巧細膩，具西域地區塑像的特點，同時又有來自犍陀羅風格的影響。
