新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市托庫孜薩來佛寺遺址出土。該像面容光潔豐腴，右耳垂損毀，五官集中向臉部中心緊收，雙眉緊蹙，上眼瞼刻劃清晰，上唇微張露齒，髭末端向上翻翹。頭頂正中部殘損，推論可能是曾頭戴三面寶冠的扭曲緞帶，頭髮波浪式對稱中分，刻劃嚴謹。整體造型洗練大方，為西域地區常見的造像特徵。
