新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市托庫孜薩來佛寺遺址出土。該像面容光潔豐腴,右耳垂損毀,五官集中向臉部中心緊收,雙眉緊蹙,上眼瞼刻劃清晰,上唇微張露齒,髭末端向上翻翹。頭頂正中部殘損,推論可能是曾頭戴三面寶冠的扭曲緞帶,頭髮波浪式對稱中分,刻劃嚴謹。整體造型洗練大方,為西域地區常見的造像特徵。
