新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市托庫孜薩來佛寺遺址I殿出土。此菩薩頭像模製的痕跡比較明顯。
面部豐潤飽滿，有明顯的剝落痕跡。嘴角略上翹流露出含蓄的微笑。頭頂髮辮盤髻，中分髮式，分縷排列，刻劃清晰，有較強的裝飾性。
