Nandamannya Temple: Bodhisattva
南達曼耶寺菩薩像
緬甸
位於緬甸曼德勒省蒲甘（Bagan, Mandalay）南達曼耶寺（Nandamannya Temple）佛殿北壁龕中。為蒲甘王朝（約849～1287）的作品。
菩薩面容秀麗，頭戴五葉寶冠，髮髻高綰，後有邊緣飾聯珠紋的橢圓形頭光，並有茂密的枝葉環繞，宛如二重頭光。瓔珞嚴身，戴項圈、臂釧和腕釧。左手施無畏印，右手持蓮，身軀略向右傾側，姿態優雅地立於圓形地氈上。氈前有一天福之面，延伸出兩株長莖蓮花，蜿蜒向上繞臂至肩側。
菩薩描繪莊嚴，赭紅色的背景繪滿枝蔓紋樣，由此可見畫家以極其細膩的筆觸，營造出雍容富麗的氣氛，為該時期難得一見的佳作。
