造像為大理石敷彩，表面現存色彩為後代妝鑾。佛螺髮，頭光飾蓮花圖案。表情沉靜，體態端莊。內著袒右僧祇支，腹前結帶，外罩袈裟，衣紋流暢，是研究北齊（550～577）袈裟形式的實物參考依據。右手上舉施無畏印，左手拇指與食指相捻，掌心向下，置於膝上，半跏趺坐於束腰蓮座上，束腰部為八面，上有浮雕圖案。整體造像比例修長，製作精良。
