此三尊造像共立於四足方台上，方台正面刻有發願文。主尊佛立於中央覆蓮台上，蓮下置鏤空圓形壼門台座。
佛高肉髻，面帶笑容，帶蓮瓣形頭光，外披袈裟，內著袒右僧祇支，雙線勾勒衣紋，簡潔流暢。雙手分別施無畏印和與願印。
二身菩薩立於由方台兩側向外展開的枝葉上。頭戴寶冠，寶繒自耳邊自然垂下，帛帶飄舉，富有飄逸之感。頭光亦呈蓮瓣形，身形纖瘦，呈「S」形立姿，手部比例略大，姿態輕盈曼妙。
