菩薩頭戴寶冠，繒帶垂於兩側。臉形橢圓，面帶微笑。寬肩細腰，胸飾瓔珞，於中央延伸垂至膝下，帔帛繞肩於兩側向外伸展，具飄動感。右手持拂子，左手下垂提淨瓶，立於仰覆蓮台。方台鏤空。桃形頭光中心為圓形透空放射狀紋飾，外部寬平火焰紋規整中富於變化。整體造型端莊秀麗，姿態窈窕。此頭光與整體風格並不統一，似非原屬同組，應為唐代（618～907）所製。
